As an online platform, Datarade enables third-parties to publish content on the platform.

If you think, as a rights owner or representative of a rights owner, that content published on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, or patent rights) or any other unlawful content impacting your legal rights, please use this form to report infringements.

Datarade is highly interested in preventing any infringement. We take your concerns seriously and will act quickly to address them. This could involve removing the product or information you've reported. We'll do this without admitting any legal responsibility and while keeping all our current rights and remedies. By sending us the notification form, you're allowing Datarade and related companies to use the given information to handle your complaint. This can include sharing the form with anyone involved in supplying the content you believe infringes upon your rights.
