What are the attributes of Patent Data?

Anything can be patented. Specifically, patented inventions must meet three attributes: novel, useful, and not obvious.

Novel - ‘Novel’ attributes are straightforward: the invention must be original. Existing inventions cannot be patented. However, you can patent new uses for a current products.

Useful - ‘Useful’ attributes are two-fold: your invention must have a valuable purpose and it must fulfill its intended purpose.
