DDS DATA GRID is available in up to seven micro- and macro-geographic levels. Micro-geographic grid data is available as 100x100m grid cells, macro-geographic grids as 10x10km cells. The scope of our customers’ analyses defines the scale of the grid cells used.
As there is a direct relation between these levels, the results of local analyses can be used again for regional or national scopes.
DDS also offers various data packages that match the DDS DATA GRID. As examples, population figures, socio-demographics, purchasing power, building information, psychografic indicators, business counts, etc. can be provided.
Of course, combinations of DDS DATA GRID with numerous further spatial data services are possible, offered by DDS as well as by our partners. E.g. digital road and street networks for calculating isochrones or isodistances, building coordinates from administrative sources, postcode and administrative boundary maps etc.
